Re: The Official February 2015 Study Group
my biggest problem with RC is in the AC. I feel like i perfectly understand every passage. But literally 4/5 RC questions I miss I'm able to narrow it down. I'm just a terrible guesser. I'm able to narrow it down to the final 2 that sound really similar, but always miss. If I sured that up, I'd be 3 or lower in RC all the time

Re: The Official February 2015 Study Group
Is that typically true when its not the author's PoV I'm looking for but a subjects as well? For example, "Which of the following would the economists described in the passage most likely agree with?" Are they the same type of wording or should I be looking for something else as well?Dirigo wrote:Seconding what Leslie said about key words like "unfortunately" being tip offs. The tip off words are normally transition words like that. Or be on alert for adjectives or characterizations that are subjective. "Opinion A fails to consider X." Whether something is a success or a failure is a subjective evaluation. If that evaluation is being made by the author, there you have the author's point of view. So in the questions, the correct answer would should conform to that evaluative claim.
Something like "The author would agree that...There are more factors relevant to [Subject] than [Proponents of Opinion A] put forth." Or something like that.

Think of all those shoes/bags/etc. you will be able to buy when your only loans are for "living expenses."
I would do very naughty things for just 5-6 more points even.
I see very good things for us next cycle. I'm super optimistic and excited.

Luckiest game ever. In like ten turns I had two full sets of properties. We're playing again, so if it happens twice I'm buying a lottery ticket.CambrianExplosives wrote:Heck, if you can win at Monopoly in that time you should run for President.RaiderRed wrote:Guys I just won monopoly with four people in under an hour.
