I would not be retaking the Lsat if it were not for the LR I bombed on PT 73 in Sept. The second LR in particular was brutal, even when retaking it many of the questions were very tricky.

Guys my pt scores are dropping. I know it's partially due to lack of time invested since I'm also taking courses but wtf. Last two pts were 156 and 158. I just got 14 correct on reading comp and only 17 on one of my Lr. I don't know wtf is happening. The rc didn't even feel that bad. Pt 69.. I'm scared please help!!

Just took PT 56. Unhappy, overall, but pleased with my improvements in RC. I used to get anywhere between -6 to -10 on RC + very pressed for time, and I got a -5 today and finished it with about 2 minutes to spare. Felt much more comfortable with that section. However I really screwed up the second LR and made some stupid, stupid, stupid errors on LG that shouldn't have happened. Oh well. Going to go review and drill the shit out of LR this week.

PT 56
LG: -5
LR1: -5
LR2: -10
RC: -5
75 RC/160

Any suggestions when I should take another PT? Or should I really try to focus on drilling LR and continue to reinforce everything else?

How did the timing on each section feel? Were you confidently choosing the wrong answers or just weren't sure on most of them?

-10. Damn bill.
& hi sup. You been studying hard?
Yah, where has Bill been? This thread lurking ive been doing has felt less than complete without Bill posts. I demand at least 12 Bill posts a week Monday through Friday. No more than 2 posts of which on Wednesday and a minimum of 1 post on each of Thursday and Friday. If you decide to post on Monday then you will post at least 3 times on Thusday. The number of Tuesday Bill posts equals the number of Monday posts. Let the Bill post LG begin!

yeah right? it actually makes me feel kinda better about my score...i thought i really dicked up the whole test, when really it was just one section. obvs the -3 lg was kinda high, and the -4 RC was one too many misses for that section, but they workable with the curve if i wouldn't have spontaneously combusted on that third section. but the studying is going well, mainly trying to work on my mental game for the test day and not psyche myself out.

how about you ol' rigo

Eh I'm alright. Took PT70 yesterday and scored a 169. Wish I was scoring a tad higher, but what can I do. Hoping to see a little bump up over the last 3 tests I have planned. My RC average of -6 is killing me.
Hoping I am on point on test day so I don't see a big drop.
169 is legit. Sup w that RC average?

I've actually only taken one full length PT since I started studying again. been focusing more on drilling and taking the time to review. wish i would have done that before because i do think its a more effective method than being PT heavy.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
