Don't worry about that. You can always ask them to handscore it.
Not trying to be a downer, but I skipped a bubble in June that left me with a 172 instead of 180. Had all the right answers, just shifted one question down. Contacted them about handscoring but to no avail. However, I still don't think it is anything to worry about; highly unlikely that any of that will happen.

"Not generous" could just as easily mean "about average" as it could "exceptionally harsh".
And remember, Mike Spivey knows nothing of the test except for the TONS of calls he gets in the day(s) and weeks after from people saying how difficult it was and how they bombed it. Knowing that, he could just be assuming (I don't think you're stupid Mr. Spivey :-]) that consensus was that it was a very difficult test, and a -11 or -12 curve wouldn't be very "generous" for a very difficult test.

Just my thoughts.

The curve not being generous doesn't automatically mean the curve is going to murder our firstborn children, people.

We all commiserate with you but there have been several curves that are more generous than -12 in recent years, in the midst of the law school application decline. I don't think LSAC is intentionally gaming this.

HastingsHopeful the info is appreciated but you may want to edit your post to avoid the risk of being outed later in the cycle.

ETA: if that account is actually yours.

Wishful thinking. It'll be Monday based on the past few October/Sept tests.
ARE YOU PREPARED TO BE WRONG? BECAUSE IF YOU'RE NOT, YOU SHOULD START. MAYBE STOP BY A BOOKSTORE AND PICK UP A BOOK IF YOU NEED A STEP BY STEP PROCESS. IT COULDN'T HURT. THOUGH PERHAPS YOU CAN FIND ADEQUATE, FREE RESOURCES ONLINE. WHATEVER WORKS BEST FOR YOU. IN ANY CASE, I HOPE YOU'RE PREPARED.
I would be thrilled if I'm wrong. But I don't want to get my hopes up over nothing.

I on the other hand, have always had faith in Friday. I had faith in such excess that God has decided to reward me by releasing scores a day earlier.
