RC (semi-exp): 22/28 (just a mix of 4 old RC passages b/c no printer ink)
RC: 24/27 (!!!!)
LR1: 24/26
LR2: 21/25
LG: 20/23
170!
I honestly think I got lucky with this RC section. I was actually engaged with 3/4 of the passages and that certainly helped!
LR sections were both ehh but hope to stay around this range.
Already ranted about LG earlier.

Thanks, Dirigo.
I've looked through the free vids too... tempted to pay up for more of the methodology than simple explanations.
Btw, Koreatown is the only part of LA that intrigues me, living-wise! (not from LA, so not helpful in your fantasy apt-search)

Re: The Official February 2015 Study Group
Basically, if I don't up my RC score, I won't write in Feb. And if it helps me get my RC score up by just 1-2 points, that'd be sufficient and well worth the $$$. I'm going to take another PT + RC section test tomorrow and, if I continue to struggle w/ RC, then I'll pay up. Rationale being that either it gets me that extra 1-2 pts or I'll have access to it 'til June anyway.zacboro wrote:I use Velocity's FREE videos and they are amazing. Are you toying with the possibility of attending UCLA/USC? Dat return to socal.
I only go to ktown for food and entertainment. lol.msp8 wrote:Thanks, Dirigo.

UCLA/USC sound so intriguing right about now (I'm from Canada, hating winter). I've definitely added them to my list of schools-to-consider.nlee10 wrote: haha yeah most apartments will still have dedicated parking spots.

LSAT-related. I LOVE their LR explanations even if they're only like 30sec-1 min long apiece.zacboro wrote:I use Velocity's FREE videos and they are amazing. Dave Hall is hot.
Substantive portion of my post: I always appreciated his videos because he directly addresses the patterns in questions when he is deconstructing them. Short cuts, whatever. But it helped with clicking concepts in my brain space.

Full beard in PT74 vids works though.
I also just really like his voice. And his mouth area is 180. He puckers his lips when he says certain words.

ahhh okay. Good luck finding a job! Hopefully you can return to CA.Dirigo wrote: I'm thinking about moving back just to work for a year and try to firm up my CA ties a bit more (which have been non-existent since high school graduation).
I was initially wanting to move back to San Diego but the jobs are more plentiful up in LA. Hoping I can get into a legal assistant position at a biglaw firm downtown.
Or I'll just bum around LA doing odd jobs like all the struggling actors.
I guess if I don't improve on my LSAT (which I damn well better), then USC full-ride (or close to it) with my current numbers would be a pretty solid option.

Um. So. Thanks for directing my attention to PT74 Dave Hall. Holy shit.
I have done nothing LSAT related since December. So reviewing PT74 will be fun!
