70+ miles here. Where were you when we had the conversation last time mist?Dirigo wrote:Yup, but I'm used to it. Good ole exurban/country livin'.mist4bison wrote:Dirigo wrote: I live 30+ miles from my testing center. That's so far!!
Also, if it legitimately snowed here, I guarantee no one here would be taking the LSAT that day.

Re: The Official December 2014 Study Group
Thanks sir. I was leaning towards February, but I needed that validation.GreenTee wrote:Don't take it to "get it over with." That's stupid. If you're not prepared, you'll have to retake anyway.fundip wrote:I need a second or third opinion on this. I have been trying to study for the December test while working full-time. But I've been pushing off actually taking the test since last February. And I'm not where I want to be in my practice tests. I'm scoring in the high 160s/low 170s--when I want to be closer to the mid-170s or high 170s. And my workload at my job just got much heavier for the next few weeks, so I will have to work evenings and weekends.
Should I postpone again to February? I will most likely be applying for the 2016 matriculation cycle. I just feel really crappy about the number of times I've postponed this thing and want to get it over with. And the thing about taking it in February is that there is no guarantee that I won't be faced with a heavier workload around that time either. What to do...
If December isn't ideal because of your workload and lack of prep time, just say no. If you're applying next cycle anyway, you can take the test any time between now and a year from now. Take when you're ready.

No. It's only an hour drive. Besides the fact that I make that drive almost once a week for trivia or doc appts or whatever pops up.mist4bison wrote:Are you getting a hotel near the center for the night before?
I live 4 miles from mine and thought about getting a hotel ha.

Hop on a train (bus?) and come drink with GT and me afterwards. I think that's still the plan, at least.Dirigo wrote:Do not quote but **Disney Land.**Shakawkaw wrote:What's your TC, Rigo?

Being funemployed is great. I spend some time doing work for my dad but I don't really count that as actual working.Dirigo wrote:Taking some time off to LSAT, so I guess fun employed.Shakawkaw wrote:You funemployed right now? Re: The Official December 2014 Study Group
no experience with Manhattan LG, but I'd give it a quick read. If there's any bits of notation of strategy that works better for you, try implementing with JY's way. Whatever works for you man (or woman).Big Red wrote:Anyone have any experience with the Manhattan LG book?
I'm using the 7sage set ups right now because it works for me and the videos are great, but I got the LG book with the Manhattan bundle and I was wondering if it was worth a look? I definitely don't want to find myself using a set-up I'm not that familiar with or getting mixed up during a PT, but I also think it might be helpful to get a different a fresh perspective, since -0 is a once in a blue moon thing for me. Thoughts?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
