I just did not want to be judged for my love of Buzzfeed, so I preempted that by lying. I love lists because I'm lazy. Thanks, Obama.mist4bison wrote:this is so on point. Love it. Jesus fucking Christ. Plz stay on these boards, Mist.mist4bison wrote:Thank god. I was so worried for a minute there. Re: The Official December 2014 Study Group
Been MIA for the past week or so because I've been spending time with friends and family since I'm migrating to the US. I am sad to leave but I am happy for the free time to get my act together before the exam.
Also, I usually get a really really bad headache+Flu when I travel from the warm Caribbean to cold NYC ( I think it's because of the change in temperature). Any tips on how to avoid it this time around? I can't risk the downtime after taking the past 5-6 days off.

Re: The Official December 2014 Study Group
I need a second or third opinion on this. I have been trying to study for the December test while working full-time. But I've been pushing off actually taking the test since last February. And I'm not where I want to be in my practice tests. I'm scoring in the high 160s/low 170s--when I want to be closer to the mid-170s or high 170s. And my workload at my job just got much heavier for the next few weeks, so I will have to work evenings and weekends.
Should I postpone again to February? I will most likely be applying for the 2016 matriculation cycle. I just feel really crappy about the number of times I've postponed this thing and want to get it over with. And the thing about taking it in February is that there is no guarantee that I won't be faced with a heavier workload around that time either. What to do...

Don't take it to "get it over with." That's stupid. If you're not prepared, you'll have to retake anyway.fundip wrote:I need a second or third opinion on this. If December isn't ideal because of your workload and lack of prep time, just say no. If you're applying next cycle anyway, you can take the test any time between now and a year from now. Take when you're ready.

Also, Rigo - which 4 PT's do you have scheduled until D-Day? I have been sort of bad about following my PT schedule (I added more that I knew I would reasonably take, so there's some flexibility). Life keeps getting in the way
