As I see it, you have three options:StopLawying wrote:Ok, this is a super weird question but I gotta ask this: what are you guys doing to make sure you won't have to take a crap during the test? Was taking a section this morn and literally had to stop because I needed to take one so badly. If this happened on test day I would've gotten a 120. Yes, I'll obviously try to take one before the test but sometimes I just don't have to go until later.
Congrats on the improvements dude. Feels good huh?tofuspeedstar wrote:Finished up BR on 71.

a normal watch or an lsat watch?Alexandros wrote:Ordered another watch. One day shipping so it should arrive tuesday. It's not the same model as last time but hopefully it works. If not, to the watch store for me I guess.

lol I used the same one in December and it stopped working in May. I used white out to make marks every 8 minutes and 45 seconds.Shemp wrote:I use this watch.

It's a piece of crap, but it's cheap. You just rotate the bezel until it points at the minute hand at the start of the section. The only thing I wish it had is individual tick marks for more than just the first 15 minutes. Also, the battery only lasted maybe six months from when I first got it and I had to order some more, but five batteries was $2.50 or something. I might put a fresh one in sometime next week. Oh, and also you can fold the strap back on itself and it will stand up on your desk on its own.

that happens to me sometimes, it's weird lol. -0 though, that's great man, congrats! the best i've gotten on a single LR was -2 (i think??) or -3, i don't remember lmao.proteinshake wrote:did PT 60 LR2 (fresh, 3/5 difficulty) and went -0. feelsgoodman. was actually super pressed for time at the end but went into clutch mode. for some reason I was breezing by the harder ones but taking an unusually long time on the earlier questions.
Lol Great advice. Make sure you don't have Coffee + Banana right before the test lol (disaster asking to happen). I drink a good amount of coffee daily so I may try another source of energy like a monster or Red bull because Coffee almost guarantees an issue to come up during the test. I didn't know Immodium clogs you up-- good to know.. I was actually thinking about this scenario because Im very hydrated as well, but i guess I just gotta make sure I chill out the night before/morning of so I don't have to be that "legendary" LSAT guy who pissed his pants during the testponderingmeerkat wrote:As I see it, you have three options:StopLawying wrote:Ok, this is a super weird question but I gotta ask this: what are you guys doing to make sure you won't have to take a crap during the test? 1) Count on adrenaline to provide you with "stage health" and assume it'll be the last thing on your mind come test day. (Most people, me included, have done this on previous test administrations and things turned out just fine.)
2) A slightly more conservative approach: avoid any new/interesting foods for 24 hours before and then take an Immodium the morning of. That'll stop you up pretty good for about 24 hours.
3) Wear a diaper (for those with no self-respect at all, but it's been discussed in here before)
In your case, sounds like you're the nervous type, I'd recommend you take an Immodium and call it a day.

yeah I thought -0 was a possibility but wasn't super confident about it. I was choosing answers that I though were the best but I couldn't fully justify. a lot of POE.TheMikey wrote:that happens to me sometimes, it's weird lol.
Do you reset it to noon between sections?Alexandros wrote:I have something extremely similar. (However, if any of y'all happen to find one of those in a subway station in a major city in eastern Canada please do let me know.) Agreed - Crap, but cheap and did the job.
if you have a pretty scheduled life and eat/drink the same times/things everyday, your bathroom schedule shouldn't really change either. I have to go as soon as I wake up everyday UNLESS I wake up earlier than I normally do, in which case it might be a few hours until I have to go, and that's when it might interfere with the LSAT. but I've been waking up around 6:30 everyday so it shouldn't be a problem.jagerbom79 wrote:Lol Great advice. I think the main reason I'll keep using the mastermind watch is that, for whatever reason, I find it virtually impossible to know for certain whether I am setting something to the exactly correct minute. I'm worried that if it's in the middle of a line it'll jump two minutes if that makes sense.Alexandros wrote:Yep.Shemp wrote:Do you reset it to noon between sections?Alexandros wrote:I have something extremely similar. Alright, cool. Yeah sounds like im very similar to you in the diet sense. Eat often and same with hydration. I do typically have to go within the hour upon waking so Im not too worried, but never can be too prepared I guess lolproteinshake wrote:if you have a pretty scheduled life and eat/drink the same times/things everyday, your bathroom schedule shouldn't really change either. also, I use the bathroom A LOT, because I eat a ton, and I had no problems during the December administration (if that makes you feel any better).
To me, the mastermind watch was totally worth the $55...It is way easier to tell time and like you said super reliable with setting and resetting.34iplaw wrote:I think the main reason I'll keep using the mastermind watch is that, for whatever reason, I find it virtually impossible to know for certain whether I am setting something to the exactly correct minute.
