Re: June 2015 Re-Takers Study Thread
First poll ITT is up. There are a lot of familiar faces in TT, but I just wanted to get a good idea of where everyone stands in terms of their retakes.

Have a plan and execute it fully! Forget about June vs. October.grantb134 wrote:Hey been studying for June retake and was doing really good on PTs til my yesterday one where I got a 163. Feeling frustrated since my goal is 170. I'm hoping its just a small setback because I don't want to take in September but I'm not gonna take in June unless I'm feeling confident
We'll see in the next few weeks I guess

A bit late, but checking in!
I'm depositing at WUSTL, but depending on my June score, might end up waiting for next cycle. I feel like I'll regret it if I don't at least try to raise my score. Consistently scored between 170-175 on practice tests, but ended up with a 167. Hoping for 175 this time around! (At least above 170 though).

Re: June 2015 Re-Takers Study Thread
I did June 2011. I think I was so frustrated because it didn't seem to be that hard to me. LG was one of the easiest sections I ever did in an LSAT and RC was easy except for a science section which I went -4 on. I did horrible on LR which is usually my best section.Shakawkaw wrote:Rigo, when did you get an office job? It's not the same.
Sorry about the setback Grantb - which PT did you take? As long as you're logging your weak spots and drilling tf out of those, you should be in good shape for June! Definitely agree with you on holding off on taking it until you feel 180% ready.grantb134 wrote:Hey been studying for June retake and was doing really good on PTs til my yesterday one where I got a 163. Oh well like you said it'll be a learning opportunity if I look at the areas I was weak on and learn from it!

I've been drilling ordering games and went -1 on a couple. This is depressing since I shouldn't be making these dumb mistakes. Guess if you don't use it you lose it. Time to get back to work

Think I am falling back into junk eating habits that I had while in school last time around. Sitting right now with a snickers, some hot chips and pepsi in front of me, and about to open the Trainer.

Re: June 2015 Re-Takers Study Thread
shak v good job with this thread i love it
question for people who have studied for 4+ months in one go...so like most people on TLS..how do you make your schedules? I made spreadsheets of all the materials I have (cambridge endurance bundle, BP materials (including all the extra drills they give, but I don't know that I have the answer keys for those...so..maybe not helpful), Manhattan LR) but I don't think I can make a real plan for more than ~2 months at a time? I'm taking in Oct.
I want to stay flexible so that I can adapt as I go but structured enough to know what to do. Anyone input from those who have worked through the bundle would be much appreciated. I know I've seen most of the material already but I'll have to just do my best
Going to take PT 41 on Wednesday to start this all again. Then blind review which will give me a much better idea of what I've got to focus on
