If you buy synchro looking for extreme boost and mental focus, i think you will be dissapointed. I think the benefit of this product is that it is a health product, and contains amazing products for the mind and body. It will not kick you in the ass like coffee or an energy drink, but you will have longstanding energy throughout the day. On the same note, if you ate a great diet of superfoods (avocados, kale, kiwis, acai) you would also have longstanding energy.
From a mixture of completely cutting coffee out of my diet and all stimulants, and switching to synchro, I have felt an overall sense of just better well being. I dont crash, and I no longer get caffeine deficiency headaches. While I dont think this is the product that will garuntee that you sit down and bust through 2 PTs straight, I think it is a product that promotes focus, mental health, and an overall well being.

Yeah, almond milk is great for mixing it. Strangely though, the vanilla almond milk works better for me than trying to mask the Synchro taste with chocolate almond milk. Maybe mixing it with the chocolate almond milk was just too much chocolate?
im sitting here drinking equal parts synchro and maca powder (10000x worse tasting than synchro) mixed with a 1/2 cup water. you get used to it

wtrc, any other discounts you managed to conjure up from these guys? Ive been like a PR rep for this company since I bought it. We could get a refer a friend discount started. And then we could refer everyone on TLS and eventually they could pay us to drink the stuff. Then we take over the world and such....

yeah, I've been spreading the TLS180 around as well. I referred to this as the "Synchro Cult" to the owner... and he said that he and his friends refer to it in exactly the same way. lol

Did 3 tablespoons of it with soy milk before PTing today, and it didn't have much of a noticeable effect at least in terms of attentiveness. It has satiated my appetite though (I did have it with a chicken sandwich, but nothing really substantial) and haven't felt hungry since I had it about 5 hours ago.

The serving size on the nutritional label is 38 grams, so there are almost exactly 12 "servings" in a bag. I know some people have started off with a smaller serving size, though.

depends. if you only take it on the days you pt and you use about ~2tbsp (which is PLENTY), it'll last ages.

The website mentions taking it 3 times a day, and that would make this stuff a really expensive habit. But 2tbsps per PT seems more manageable so I'll start there and see where it takes me.
