Did anyone utilize this strategy and feel like it helped them immensely? I would like to know if it's worth implementing. Thank you!

I got a -0 on the RC section on game day but usually got between -3 and -2 during PTs. Anything is possible if you keep practicing. I did about 5 RC sections per week for the last month before my test (3 older ones, and 2 during PTs).
