As a NYer who has registered for two administrations: Which TC are you looking at? It really depends on the TC. Some are more popular than others. You should be fine. I've never had a problem, and I had to change registrations right at the deadline for Sept. and that was okay.

Obviously, better sooner rather than later as soon as you're sure. Even if you're not 100% sure, just register. You can always drop the registration and get a partial refund if you decide you aren't ready.
Thanks. Any good testing centers you can recommend? I live in Brooklyn, but I'd be willing to travel to a testing center that is quiet/ has big desks. I'm near Brooklyn College, however, I've heard bad things.
Yay! I live in Brooklyn too!

Do not register for Brooklyn College. It is a nightmare. I registered there twice because I'm lazy and didn't want to commute farther than I had to. The first time, it was incredibly hot. Second time, it was cold, then hot. No bueno.

Queens College has had consistently good reviews. South Shore HS has good reviews, but it don't seem to be available for June.

is anyone else having trouble writing their PS?
