Hoping there are some other retakers lurking. I'm a little embarrassed

Welcome, and don't worry, this thread is a safe space. Quite a few of us are retakersCozy wrote:Hey y'all. I scored much worse that expected on my December LSAT, so I'm putting aside tons of time to study for this one. I'm in my last semester of undergrad and I'm only taking three classes to finish, so hopefully I'll be much less stressed while studying.

No need to be embarrassed. I'm sure more than 50% of people on here are retakers! I sure am. Took the LSAT about a year ago and became so depressed about it that I gave up on it for awhile. Took a lot to get myself motivated again but here I am! We got this!Cozy wrote:Hey y'all. You should absolutely be embarrassed. Who ever retakes the LSAT exam? No one does, thats who.Cozy wrote:Hey y'all. Thank y'all both for the advice- I will definitely be picking up the Trainer soon. This is my first time taking the LSAT, so here's to hoping I only have to do it once!ColonizeMars wrote:Like Rigo suggested, I'd go to The Trainer too. It does a great job getting you through the early stages of prep. TLS also has a ton of information on pretty much everything you'll need for the prep; Here is user TLS1776's approach on cracking the LSAT, he got a 180. I wouldn't suggest you buy all the books you find interesting or that people suggest you in this forum though. Get a decent grasp on LSAT's concepts and strategies, and then buy those that may help you bridge the gap. Just take it slow, and ease in into a routine. That's my two centsNoAngel wrote:Thanks! To be honest, I don't even know. I feel slightly overwhelmed with where to start, which prep books to get, if I should do a class or not...ColonizeMars wrote:Welcome! whats your game plan?NoAngel wrote:It looks like I'll be taking the June LSAT, so I thought it would be a good idea to join y'all in here.
