I love Asian food. So much to explore in Asia too. Just within China has crazy varieties. Korean is prob my favourite 'comfort' food to eat every day.

I used to play jazz bass and keeping time for blue rondo ala turk will always haunt my meory, but it gave me serious respect for brubeck and his ensemble. Do you know any young/modern jazz artists I should be listening to? I listen to some christian scott, but it pretty much ends there for me.

Medeski, Martin and Wood is by far my favorite modern jazz ensemble. They can get pretty far out there, but they are amazing live. They've been around for quite awhile now.

Marco Benevento is another artist to check out. His album Live at Tonic is fantastic. His studio albums are great too.
