I keep thinking of changing my sleep schedule too but I know I won't be able to commit to doing that on the weekends (no, I don't have a social life anymore but I do have a roommate with one, and a serious relationship with netflix (and a human but that's beside the point) that needs attention), and so I feel like my body won't adjust well in time for the test. I do wish you luck with that though.
I just finished the last BP lesson and I feel kinda sad...mostly sad that I now have to put together my own schedule. That said I don't think BP gets enough love and credit on TLS, but I'm biased.
