I tried to make ice cream out of it once for a vegan friend of mine & it wasn't very tasty. The vanilla almond milk is passable though.Jgoods wrote:Ew, my sister drinks that lol, dairy free
haha, as someone counting calories and macros, I love almond milk. Low calories and fat. If you mix it with said veggies ^ or with protein powder, it's not so bad.

y'all should just start making smoothies and send them out to the rest of uspeppermint wrote:Niiice. That's brain food right there. My smoothie is just like yours except I use kale instead of spinach and no peanut butter. I also like to add hemp protein powder or chia.mist4bison wrote:I just started making them! Today's has: almond milk, (not quite ripe enough) mango, banana, blueberries, spinach, almonds, and a little bit of peanut butter.
The other day I made a carrot, ginger, apple one that was delicious & I swear I had energy for hours!
Awesome! I love meeting fellow health buffs. I have read all of LSAT Trainer and going to finish Powerscore LGB soon. I have begun drilling Logic games based on type starting with Linear-balanced. I plan to buy the Manhattan LR guide since that is my weakest section. I have been PTing in the 165-169 range.

I count macros and calories bro! But you are right, Protein and Fats are probably the most essential categories in a diet! I ate at papadeauxs today for lunch. Love me some seafood!

I practice If It Fits Your Macros. It allows me to fit in some "bad" foods like ice cream, pop tarts, donuts into my diet. That way, I don't go mentally crazy from just eating rice + chicken + broccoli. hahaDirigo wrote:Why is every Decemberer all health and fitness conscious? Wow! Those of you who are working at firms, that's awesome! I interned in a small firm in Israel but I doubt I learned half of what you have!
I drink almond milk, too! I was trying to make a transition to vegan from vegetarian and that was my first step (and where I got stuck lol)
