Then probably another LG section.
All in preparation for PT 67 coming down the pipeline.

Oh and I'm going to workout too. Healthy body = healthy mind.
Some drilling on the bike of course.

Today is a rest day and I haven't gained weight in 2 weeks....so I had donuts for breakfast.

I've been riding my less is more approach for a few weeks now. I am a highly anxious person so it's necessary for me not to overwhelm myself with prep and feelings of doubt. Keeping a cool head.

Rigo, I know I've said things along these lines before, but I'm also a very anxious person. I also followed a "less is more"/'health and wellness above all else' mentality before September, and I really think it was a missed opportunity. Honestly, I think it made me more anxious on test day because I didn't feel as prepared as I could have been.

Of course there's nothing wrong with retaking (aside from the obvious fact that it sucks to have to study for another few months), but in my experience, trying to alleviate anxiety by reducing the amount of prep you do is not an effective strategy. The work will have to get done eventually. Better to get it over with this time, so that if you do have to retake, you'll have less ground to cover.
