I'm only taking off Friday due to lack of vacation days. I plan on getting up at 5:00 all week (nbd really since I normally get up around 5:30-5:45), do two sections of LG every day (instead of the one that I'm doing now), and some LR and RC sprinkled on top. No full PTs after next weekend. No drinking all week. Keep up the exercise. I plan to go on a run before the test as it is the best way to wake up (in combination with caffeine consumption) hence the need to rise real early.GreenTee wrote:Shmelling, do you work FT? That's a solid schedule for non-PT days; I think I might adopt it. I can only PT on Sat/Sun though.
Also, can we talk about what we're doing the week before the test? I've decided to take off Wed - Fri at least.
I might do a confidence retake of my favorite 60s/70s PT on Wednesday, and then drill a few sections on Thursday. Just really light drilling on Friday, lots of running, and a full body massage (hopefully to completion)
I devised a similar approach, but with less on my non-pt days. I should probably step them up though... The week before the test I'm going to retake 3 or so old PTs.schmelling wrote:From now until the 27th I have a new study regimen.
3 days a week PT/ Go over PT
Other days: 6-8 games (just re-runnng cambridge 1-38 to stay sharp), an RC section from an old test, plus one comparative passage, 10-20 Difficult LR questions of a given type.
If I see something slipping I'll do some more focused drilling.
Edit: Why do I always start a new page?

I will be PTing through wednesday and doing some light drilling thursday and friday while celebrating the holidays (shalom). waking up by 7 each day since my site is about 10-15 minutes away.

How long have you prepped for the test and how many hours, on average did you put into studying per week?schmelling wrote:GreenTee wrote:Shmelling, do you work FT? That's a solid schedule for non-PT days; I think I might adopt it. I can only PT on Sat/Sun though.

Can I get a definition of what you all mean by gym bro?sfoglia wrote:Co-sign.GreenTee wrote:I support this. Gym bros are the worst.smccgrey wrote: I'd rather date a smoker than a gym bro.
U should b drillin lg 24/7 n watching 7sage w that LR u should be at or above 170 no excuses not 2 bregulartime wrote:Ok. Just finished the LSAT trainer 12 week program. All that is left is more PTs, reviews, and drilling. Consistently scoring 167 on PTs, it doesn't matter if old or in the 70s. Never less than than 167 but never above one 169. Almost perfect on LR, usually only miss 2 questions total from both sections. LG and RC are inconsistent (4-8 misses). Usually LG brings me down. What resource is recommended to improve these with about 2 weeks til test day. I need to speed up LG so I'm not rushing through the last game. I feel like it's too late to start using something else because Mike's tactics work well for me and have really improved my abilities, I'm just too slow still.
Ideas?
Thanks.
