Re: The Official December 2014 Study Group
Last night:
-Read through the Trainer re: necessary/required assumptions.
-Did the 10 answer drills (some were tough, but figured it out as I went).
-Drilled 35 NA after that. The majority were low difficulty, with a few medium difficulty thrown in. Got 35/35 correct so have to keep moving up.

Mist, which explanation do you prefer? Or are they both helpful/complementary?
And Jgoods -- you got it.

in order to be a war I feel like it requires both sides to have some sort of chance... but TLSers dont have a chance... modz will prevail with little effortGreenTee wrote:And so TLS declares a War on Gifs.A. Thanks.
I support this zero tolerance policy. Gifs are tactless, habit forming, and may permanently impede the poster's ability to reason carefully under timed conditions.
Just say no to gifs.

When in doubt, please consult the following general principle:

I should prob jump back into the trainer a littlemist4bison wrote:
The Trainer explanation is just more matter of fact: There's a serious gap in the argument. You need to fill it. Whereas TM likes to be very abstract with everything. I guess it depends on how you understand things, but I think the Trainer is more clear cut.

I haven't read the trainer, I'm still going through the MLSAT guide books... and drilling games so far, I guess I may need to get the trainer at some point? But, I wonder if anyone has used the MLSAT guide for LR AND the trainer and can tell me wether or not I absolutely need to get the trainer?mist4bison wrote:
