zacboro wrote:Okay, so in the past week or two I've been doing PT 52-62 and I think I've noticed a brief trend, if anyone else wants to chime in to tell me if they noticed it or not let me know lol. So w/ LG, I feel like in the early to mid 50s they were incredibly easy, with no challenge to them. Then towards the high 50s and low 60s they almost all have at least one rule substitution question and are harder to finish in the time allotted because they ask more global rule questions in which instead of just making one hypothetical for the question (for example, like "If B went 2nd, who could go third?") we have to make a few for each answer choice ("which one of the following is a complete and accurate list of those who could go 2nd?"). I just feel like they are getting increasingly harder to complete in the allotted timed anymore, not impossible (pretty happy I finished today's in the allotted time!) but still, just harder... Anyone else
I feel like the games are more straightforward in the sense that they are easy to call "ordering" "grouping" "in/out" but I think the individual rules and the questions themselves are harder.

zacboro wrote:Also, finished with BR on both LR sections of PT62 and the LG section. So far I'm only -4 all together!! The curve on this test is crazy too, so if I can pull out a decent RC score this has potential to be a high scoring PT for me. I would love the confidence boost a high score would give me so I really hope this happens.
Your LSAT skillz make me so jealous. But I hope you score extremely high!!! And -4 in three sections total is incredible

Miami sounds like so much fun lol. I think its the highest one they offer (merit wise, anyway). Wish it was better.

They must be LSAT and soft heavy this cycle, cuz I know for a fact your GPA is better than mine lol

Aw, I like the common law passage. Probably the most interesting RC passage I've read (though if I remember correctly it asks some really awkward q's where you have to apply it)

Just looked at my Miami offer and had to double take. I totally read the numbers wrong bahahahhaahh they did offer me a significant amount.

And my RC is decent. I mean it's still never better than -3 or -4 though

Was it the Dean's scholarship? They might've upped it lol. People were saying that Miami was upping scholarships without even notifying applicants

That's what my LSN says I have and I trust that more than my memory.

Damn dude, that's awesome - but know that you're now a 99%er and I hate you

So do people here actually do a sweep through LR questions looking ONLY to eliminate ACs? I've been guilty of trying to do both (and circling on my first AC sweep through) and Manhattan has pointed out why this is an issue. But I'm worried about timing switching that up this close to the test - has anyone who's done this not seen their timing drop?

zacboro wrote:Thank you so much everyone :) and no PW right now. Now is time to EAT, lol. Was putting off dinner to get through my last BR. I'm really nervous for school to start tomorrow. I don't want anything to take away from my LSAT studies :(
sometimes i like to believe it actually helps lol. I take a PT, then go to class (so my mind is still being productive, in a way, and I feel like I'm increasing my mental endurance) and then after class I BR. At least, that's how I feel. I'm a glass half full type of person lol

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
