Does anyone actually know or have any info that LSAC would give refund for late registration if you're waiting on scores?

It feels like it wouldn't make sense for LSAT to release scores until after the registration deadline for the LSAT. Then that's $175 for every nervous person who registered for December just in case.

Years ago my friend Emily Allen was the dean of admission at Lewis and Clark.

Some kid visited her and after the visit sent her a thank you email with a P.S. that read "I think you are yummy"

That is a 100% true story.
