Thanks, guys! STRESSS is killing my appetite which is compounding the mood effects b/c I'm one of those "live to eat" types. I'm hoping this fatty coffee will hold me over at least until the break.BillPackets wrote:did u use yak butter? r u paleosmccgrey wrote:I hope there was a large breakfast before the coffee. get dem points.hetookmetoamovie wrote:Coffee with butter and coconut oil is surprisingly good. (No yak butter, I just used ghee. I was paleo for 5 weeks + did Crossfit, and I was the fittest/leanest I'd ever been, but also a miserable bitch.)

Also I asked about bulletproof coffee like 47 pages ago and no one responded but yea butter and coconut oil coffee is the bomb.
Do you use mct oil or just coconut oil.

This was my 1st cup ever, and I only had coconut oil + ghee lying around. I have to look into getting MCT oil! And yak butter, if that can be had. I had a ton of fun with Crossfit, but (probably due to my bad form) it aggravated some of my injuries from soccer and tennis.Colonel_funkadunk wrote:

I cook out of the Nom Nom Paleo book a lot. I just love how constraints force you to coax a little more out of what you have and be creative. Reminds me of working with what I got for LSAT. God, all I think about is the LSAT these days.
I like that it forces me to cook and not spend all of my money eating out
