Yeah that's tough. Every state is different. I'm in Flo Rida, and the tenancy laws are very favorable to tenants; it wouldn't be too hard for me to push back and get what I want. In your state, I wouldn't know...

willing to give the next 10 posters money (in US dollars) equivalent to the square root of their total posts (100 posts = $10.00) as of 12PM EST today IF the scores get released today and I get a 170. Plus $10 for each point above 170 to each poster.

anyone willing to pay more?

EDIT: if you end up on this list because someone deleted a post that will not count.

EDIT 2: 10 unique posters, so if you posted twice or more it will still only count once, and the next unique poster will be counted.

EDIT 3: maybe offer should only extend to posters who are willing make similar wagers??

Have we ever had a Grey this early? I know in February it turned grey at like 4:30pm Central Time.

Is anyone following Dave Killoran on Twitter? Both previous times when he tweeted scores were coming out they went grey within an hour or two and I had my scores within 4 hours of his tweets
