Good luck guys!! If I were you I would consider calling them up and confirming your choice (assuming you're choosing to keep the score). That way they might get to it more quickly/give you your scores sooner.

They're like wellllll people are saying timing was fucked but we analyzed the scores and didn't detect a discrepancy but like maaaaybe it affected you so fine.

God, this is total BS too. Almost guarantee the average score was down at that location. But, they probably ran statistical significance testing and put the requirements at something absurd like 99% (as opposed to 95% or 90%) and then "failed" to meet statistical significance. You can always tweak your outcomes.

Well then.. LSAC better make this situation into an LR flaw question because just cause scores (and probably more specifically the ones you had to guess on because of the issue) don't represent a discrepancy, doesn't mean there isn't one. Screw you LSAC

this is similar to what I was thinking.. if LSAC's psychometricians that decide on if a q item is up to the standard and decide on curve also use such analyses, then I guess lsat as a test is pretty screwed. "we analyzed the q you are challenging but scores of people on this q don't show discrepancy, so no matter what the q is good".

It'd be interesting to see their phrasing for sorry not sorry tho

This leads me to believe that homie just isn't that good at dates in general if he thinks the kiss is like allowed even following an apparently mediocre evening at best. Dating app dates can be pretty hit or miss, but at least you tried!
