Out of curiosity, pretzel, you and Jeeves took the test at the same place? Or am I not remembering things correctly?

I have a friend whose aunt went to Touro Law and she makes a very good living. But she went there SOOO long ago, and the legal market is just different now.etramak wrote: I hear ya. It's just a bit baffling...they had multiple (who knows how many) test takers report that this happened. Regardless of the proctor's response, there isn't much investigating to be done. If he says it didn't happen, they can either believe us or believe him.
It's the uncertainty that is a problem. If they would even tell me what week or month they were going to be done, I would be able to hang with that. But they refuse to tell me a single thing about it.
Their monopoly is insane; I have no recourse to hold them accountable for their ineptitude and poor customer service. Unreal
tbh i wouldn't count on good "customer service" from an organization that makes a test that is dry and designed to fool customers into trap answer choices
but srsly the incompetent proctors in case such as this expose LSAC to legal liability. the stakes in terms of time spent and future rewards for applicants are very high and are easily impacted by bad time keeping by proctors
imo if more than one test takers report the very similar story and details, then there is more reason to believe the test takers than the proctor, provided lsac wants to be fair
but not sure if they'll be fair in such case because the cost for them to be so is too high

idk i guess that these kinds of screw ups happen pretty rarely but still lsac's death grip over ls admissions makes them totally free to address the situation as terribly as they want.

Sorry, further context should be given (on my part). My GPA is a 3.8 (3.7988, to be exact). 3.85 GPA should help you out greatly.HaveMercy wrote:Posts like these scare me.
