Don't scare me into thinking LSAC got even sneakier and gave us all different score release dates. The Abyss wrote: No you're right, my fault. Sorry about that. Mine says the 28th too.

Can't imagine going through the process with a wife and kids, so kudos. Hope it works out for you.The Abyss wrote:My goal is Michigan. I have tons of family there, grew up there, and just love the area. My ma lives there and would be able to care for my son while I'm at school and the wife is at work.PatriotP74 wrote:The Abyss wrote:My wife leaves for Vegas tomorrow. For those of you with wife/husband and kids what are your goals I mean are you looking for T14 and packing up and moving or what?

So is the 28th just the worst case scenario or are we guaranteed to not see our scores until then? If so, that really sucks

He's crazy, but it is cute af. I'll say, "say daddy (or mommy)" and he'll run around just yelling daddy or mommy. Or dog, he likes to say dog a lot. It's just fun to see how damn enthusiastic a little kid can be about everything. Pure unconditional love, and it is awesome.SirArthurDayne wrote:Nice. It's generally the worst-case, but I'd jinx it if I said that on most occasions scores come out a bit earlier.RZ5646 wrote:So is the 28th just the worst case scenario or are we guaranteed to not see our scores until then? If so, that really sucks

28th is worst case scenario. I'd guess the 26th is when we see scores.RZ5646 wrote:So is the 28th just the worst case scenario or are we guaranteed to not see our scores until then? If so, that really sucks

Guys, I'm kinda freaking about LG right now. I thought the third one wasn't too bad. I just mod edit: do not talk about how you solved a particular game

I read somewhere that LSAC refunds the late-registration fee if you're waiting on a score when the deadline passes, IIRC. It might have been earlier in this thread.McJimJam wrote:Wait, so score date is almost a week after December deadline?!

Chill out, the game wasn't that bad. You did fine.cheeseee wrote:Guys, I'm kinda freaking about LG right now. I thought the third one wasn't too bad. I just split the board into four? boards and then just went through the questions and put in the variables.
Did I misread the rule? It shouldn't have been simple??? I'm worried

I'm not sure I can ask this but the fall/spring game seemed too easy. Was the setup just mod edit: no, you can't ask this - don't discuss game setups

I'm 33 (!!!) with a husband and 2 kiddos, and plan on just applying to schools in my area. It's a long-held dream and I'm FINALLY going for it. I'm former military - tuition to a public school is covered, so I figure I have nothing to lose (other than time, brain power, self esteem, etc., ha!). Glad to see I'm not the only old person/parent here

Re: The Official October Waiter's Oasis
Exactly what happened to me. It definitely takes discipline and trust in the process to put in the time at the beginning of the game. I spent way too much time trying to brute force. I heard the five minute call with 2 questions left on that game and moved on. Luckily in/out games are good for me and I was able to finish game 4 in about 3 minutes. Still, it's hard not to beat myself up for wasting so much time and not seeing that I should've split.texasellewoods wrote: I think a lot of people - myself included - just didn't realize that at first and tried to force our way through a bunch of different set ups and lost time/got frazzled that way.
