I feel exactly the same way. Immediately after the test I had no clue how to feel. Logic games were harder than I anticipated, so my guaranteed -0 on that section went down the drain. Because I felt so gross after LG, I wasn't as confident with the rest of the sections. Looking back, I think I did well on the two LR sections and RC is always a hit or miss for me, so we shall see! we may be the same person. I usually have a -0 on LF, but due to the last half of that section, I truly have no idea how bad I fucked it up. It definitely affected the first part of my LR in the next section as well.

But I think I did pretty good on the LR and feel good about it. The RC is either there or it isnt. Like it could be -3, but it could be -10. I have NO earthly idea how good I did. I know I bombed LG. Probably missed 5 (huge for me considering I'm usually perfect.) I think its gonna come down to my RC.

I'm guessing at least -13. I really wouldn't be surprised at all if it is -14. I'd be shocked to see -12 but I've been wrong before.

It won't be 12. They've never done the same curve 3 times in a row have they? I'm guessing it'll be 13 with 14 at like 25% chance.

I just really feel like Dec was an objectively harder test than Sept so a -12 curve wouldn't be fair. Then again, I don't always agree with the curves. Dec 2013's curve was particularly generous considering the overall difficulty.

it seems to me that most december pt's are overly generous. i dont know why this would be any different. I'm expecting the worst,
-13 but hoping for the best, -22

anybody know why they skip over certain scores on tests? as in, you can't score a 178 or whatnot

What do you mean by 3 times in a row? Wasn't June 2014 a -13?

I think September's LR and LG were tougher than December's, while September's RC was easy as hell, and December's was medium-hard. 73's LR killed me and LR is my best section. I thought December's LR was wayy easier

To both conform to the curve they set while keeping the distribution even. I do not know why they would skip a 178 over a 177 though. They probably try to keep the skipped numbers closest to the poles (120 and 180) to effect the least amount of test takers. They would never skip a 170 for instance.

I was under the impression that they do all the equating before the test is administered. Does the LSAC know before test day which (if any) scores they are going to skip? That wouldn't really seem to make sense since you can't really ensure an even distribution before the tests are taken

yeah LR on december was substantially easier imo and I even thought that RC was much easier with maybe the exception of mexicans

LG wasn't bad just a little annoying especially game 4

haha i was literally THE ONLY PERSON that predicted -12. People argued with me about it for months especially the day of the test. Its aggravating, but again, the curve is pre-determined, and history must play a part in setting it

Honestly though if Sept really was -9 or -10 curve my score would have been absolutely disgusting.

any speculation as to why the december curve is usually a little more generous?

have no idea. It may be the amount of people that are taking the test, or that its usually around final exams for UG, or that they always like to have a steady pattern of a gradual increase as the year goes on, or, the most unlikely reason, that usually dec takers are usually october retakers, and they try to throw some pity their way to increase their score all other things being equal
