I really hope so too. Once they're off break I'll ask them to either squeeze me an interview slot or just go ahead and review my application. I don't know how much not interviewing will hurt me, but it'll only increase chances of a ding. Oh well. Maybe I'll get lucky at one of the other 5 T14s I apply to haha.smccgrey wrote:So happy for you man!! Re: DECEMBER 2014 WAITERS (Score Release Poll is up!!)
My T14 apps were Penn, UVA, Duke, NU, Cornell, Georgetown. I didn't really put as much work into the apps as I should have in retrospect. I didn't write "why x" for any of them except NU. Hey, 170+ apps are supposedly down! If they want to maintain their medians, they have to accept me. Right? Right??smccgrey wrote:I didn't get an interview slot either, and we're in the same, splittery boat. Hopefully it works out! Where else did you apply?PeanutsNJam wrote:I really hope so too. This might seem like an amateur question.....but does LSAC email us as soon as the score report is uploaded to LSAC? Or do they sometimes wait for an few hours or even until the official release date?
I've been checking the site fairly regularly but I'm guessing that's pointless.

Scores won't be released until at the earliest January 2nd, because the LSAC offices are currently empty. And you will get an email about 5 seconds after your score is available on the LSAC website. Literally, like 5-10 seconds.georgetownhopeful893 wrote:This might seem like an amateur question.....but does LSAC email us as soon as the score report is uploaded to LSAC? Just got back to my office from going to lunch, so I kinda missed the boat, but congrats PNJ. Having the first one can really have a calming effect. A Merry Christmas indeed!

Re: DECEMBER 2014 WAITERS (Score Release Poll is up!!)
I met with a few law school grads, 1 from NYU, 1 from USC, and this Saturday I'm gonna go kareoke with a Stanford Law grad. They all said for your 1L, one of the best ways to prepare for your final exam (which is 100% of your grade) is to take practice exams. So basically the LSAT. So your 1L grades will be how well you take the LSAT like a bunch of time within a week or two, but instead of multiple choice, you type. A lot. They also said that if you can type fast you have an advantage.
