Im doing it right now and I think if you do it in combination with heavy drilling it will help. I notice as you become even stronger with other game types and get a better and better understanding of how games work it will naturally train your mind to attack any sort of game. Depends if you have the time etcnimbus cloud wrote:You guess reckon it's still a good idea to review Manhattan LG for someone who has a pretty strong foundation but struggles with weird games?

Yeah it's going to be at my undergrad university. My law advisor told me the rooms the exams will take place and they're all the same. I've also taken a class in one of them last year.TheMikey wrote:How do you know which room you're going to be in? Wish I could go to my school's pre law advisor, but I despise that A-hole. But TLS is a better place for advice, sooo

Timed LG & RC sections everyday until 12/03. I'm only doing LR when I do full tests, which will only be 72-78. I'm tired of this test.

Yes. It sucks. I find being an insomniac and doing either work or studying at night helps.lgsb2014 wrote:Is anyone here working full time and trying to study?

Yeah it fucking sucks.
I've noticed that having a routine helps. I get home around, eat, and study until 11pm. Saturdays I try to get like 8-10 hours. Sundays I try to relax and no worry about either work or prep.

I am having the opposite problem--too much time. I am currently no working, nor in school, and finding it difficult to navigate with just the LSAT prep... Does it make sense? UGH...Barack O'Drama wrote:lgsb2014 wrote:Is anyone here working full time and trying to study?

Running out of material, especially PT's. Are tests 39-51 out of print? I cannot seem to find a Lsac collection of 10 tests that cover those particular tests. If they are out of print by Lsac, are there other companies/prep books that offer PTs from 39-51?
Short of find the test described above, I am better off redoing 62 - 71 or picking up a fresh set of 19-28 ?
I have more or less completed all tests from:
29-38
52-61
62-71
I have also completed PT 75 and 76. I am trying to save 72-74 and 77-78, for the 2 to 3 weeks leading up to the December exam.

In addition to 19-28, the SuperPrep has February tests from 1996 to 2000.

Thanks for the update, last time I checked 42-51 were not available. Just ordered PT's 42-51 as well as Cambridge Training LR and LG 41-60. Should hold me over until the December Exam

Yeah, that makes total sense. Between getting this job and graduation I had about a month of nothing but LSAT prep and it almost felt counter-productive in some ways.

Yeah, it's been rough -- especially now that we're getting into the busy time in patent prosecution land, where all of our foreign clients want to file things using their budget from this year -- and everyone starts taking days off. Tack on my two and half hour commute, and it's a lot. I'm glad I'm not trying to cram, because that would have been nearly impossible.Barack O'Drama wrote:lgsb2014 wrote:Is anyone here working full time and trying to study?

Damn bro! I feel you... I work in finance and the hours pretty much suck, especially this time of year. The good news like you said is we don't have to cram. I can't imagine having to work these hours and cram for the LSAT. Impossible sounds about right, lol.

I worked a full-time job working 10 hour days regularly over the summer and i found the key is to just be consistent and no matter if you only do an hour a day to do a little everyday and then days you feel better do more and of course utilize the weekends. Its tough, but hang in there. Definitely possibleBarack O'Drama wrote:Damn bro! I feel you... I work in finance and the hours pretty much suck, especially this time of year. The key is certainly consistency. And you are so right about some days just logging some time prepping.jagerbom79 wrote:I worked a full-time job working 10 hour days regularly over the summer and i found the key is to just be consistent and no matter if you only do an hour a day to do a little everyday and then days you feel better do more and of course utilize the weekends. Np man! Keep it up and youll do well. But yea, consistency is def most important. Quality 1 hr or 2 is better than none or 4 shit hoursBarack O'Drama wrote:The key is certainly consistency.
