Re: The Official October Waiter's Oasis
It could always be worse. You could inadvertently spend far too much time on it, leaving little time for the last game as well. Did this in June, but I'm now glad I had that experience to learn from.TheProdigal wrote:I figured it out after the fact. It's so simple it's driving me crazy.SirArthurDayne wrote:Same here. That's the only game that I don't feel 100% on. I'm hearing there was a way to split it, wish I saw the game board that way.TheProdigal wrote:I'm just so angry at myself for freezing on game three and trying (and failing) to brute force it in time.

Guys, can I just say I'm proud of how hard we all worked (or at least pretended to). That is all.

Re: The Official October Waiter's Oasis
on all my PTS' i would constantly only get through 3 RC passages
today, i finished all 4, they were way easier, i finished the 3rd passage and questions with 5 minutes left
im cant wait to see how i did on it
i think RC may end up saving my score

That's cool. Nothing wrong with playing it sober (although I implied otherwise).RZ5646 wrote:Nah I'm 21, just drink very rarely. The Abyss wrote:Why choose to stay sober? Or are you under 21? No flame.RZ5646 wrote:Am I the only one who stayed sober today? lol

I can't drink very heavily because of a blood condition. Doesn't prevent me from imbibing on occasion though.sanibella wrote:I don't drink and I actually can't either - heart condition.

Still obsessing despite whiskey consumption. I feel -11 curve is possible and realistic. I still think I did not hit 170, but less pessimistic. I assume -4 on LG (3 guesses and one wrong), -2 on RC (black swan and another one on that same passage), but I think I nailed the last LR and maybe went -3 or -4 on the first LR. So who knows, I guess? Preparing as if I did not hit the score though. Cheers.

What is the whiskey being consumed? Bourbon? Scotch?TheWalkingDebt wrote:Still obsessing despite whiskey consumption. I feel -11 curve is possible and realistic. The medicine prevents me, not the condition. Blood thinners + alcohol are generally frowned upon by doctors.sanibella wrote:No, no, no, no, don't mess with my hearttttThe Abyss wrote:I can't drink very heavily because of a blood condition. What's the timeframe for the 3 takes thing? I definitely skipped a test back in 08/09 area, it isn't on my LSAT overview, so I assume it isn't attributable to my 3 takes?

Nice, 4 Roses is very solid. I may pour a glass of W.L. Weller Antique here soon.TheWalkingDebt wrote:Cuatro roses single barrel. The Abyss wrote:What is the whiskey being consumed? Bourbon?
