+1 for Buffalo Trace. The Abyss wrote: I like you. Buffalo Trace is some great stuff for the price and probably my favorite overall distillery. I'm just envious of the Pappy. I love Weller 12. It's complex, great tasting and cheap. Not to mention all Pappy starts as Weller 12.

Sorry if this isn't the appropriate spot to post this, new to this site but I've been enjoying reading through the posts as I lose my mind waiting for my score.
What schools outside T14 do you guys think provide the best employment opportunities, big law & non-big, in NYC ?

Buffalo Trace just has everything that is great. Weller, Eagle Rare, Col. E.H. Taylor, Pappy, and Buffalo Trace proper. The best distillery.EnderWiggin wrote:+1 for Buffalo Trace. The Abyss wrote: I like you. Buffalo Trace is some great stuff for the price and probably my favorite overall distillery. Lol. Vandy, Texas, UCLA, USC, etc. But it's limited to BigLaw jobs in that area. Vandy = Nashville and ATL, Texas = Houston and Dallas, etc. They don't have as much reach as the t14.C.g.19 wrote:Sorry if this isn't the appropriate spot to post this, new to this site but I've been enjoying reading through the posts as I lose my mind waiting for my score.

Anyone who tracks down some Pappy should be rewarded with a medal of some sort. The Abyss wrote: Buffalo Trace just has everything that is great. Weller, Eagle Rare, Col. E.H. Taylor, Pappy, and Buffalo Trace proper. The best distillery.

I'll take a stab at this - looking forward to hearing what others think as well.C.g.19 wrote:Sorry if this isn't the appropriate spot to post this, new to this site but I've been enjoying reading through the posts as I lose my mind waiting for my score.

First depends what you want to do, e.g. Big Law, PI
Depends what region you want to be in - A top regional school like TX or Vandy may be better for employment than a higher ranked school which is in NY, for example.

Well now that they are down 3-0 to the Mets it's looking quite bleak. But yeah, it is funny.LurkSoHard wrote:Do you think its crazy that the Cubs are in the run for the world series like Back to The Future predicted?!cub1014 wrote:Wow we're not even close to 368...

"In the run" is a generous phrase for the Cubs' current state of affairsLurkSoHard wrote:Do you think its crazy that the Cubs are in the run for the world series like Back to The Future predicted?!cub1014 wrote:Wow we're not even close to 368...
