It's blue & black. If you look at the black & white spotted fabric right behind it, you can match the black of that fabric up with the "black" stripes on the dress. Also if you look at the top right corner of the sleeve where the sun (or some sort of light) hits it, you can see its true light blue color

ETA- Wow, I must be really bored to analyze something like this

Okay its like light blue. I thought it was suppose to be this dark blue and I was just not seeing it but I still see gold and not black. This has officially started a debate here by the way lol
