I'm studying tonight and not drinking. Drinking and studying worked out poorly for me before and I was drinking for the majority of this week so I don't really want to tonight. I'll probably be mostly sober except for the occasional beer from now until June.

Can you stop posting pictures now? please?

Sounds like a plan.

I'm probably going to be leaving TLS though, at least for a while. This thread has stopped being entertaining and now it's just a distraction.

I like having OP around; that way I'm not the awkward one.

You said this last time and were back the next day. Get mods to ban you for whatever length of time you wish.

I just left my friends who were going out drinking under the mirage of returning home to study lolsat, only to end up drinking all by my lonesome. Great decision

As I mentioned before, linear games are going much better. With a fairly diverse mix of difficulty levels, I'm averaging around 5:30 or so; my worst time has been 8:10. Of course, I drilled these games a couple months ago so I'm sure I wouldn't do that well on fresh games, but I still feel good about that performance. (I don't really remember anything detailed except for on a couple of the games from the LGB, but if there's a "trick" or critical idea to a game I tend to not need to stop and think about it for 15 minutes... I'm not sure if I should attribute this to remembering or learning.)

More games tomorrow, plus forcing myself to reread some of the more useful chapters of the LGB. Probably drill some other sections as well. I want to start PTing next week.

ETA: Figured out who Nefario is. I remember you now haha.

I think I'm going to be postponing to October. Work, child, and just not being where I'd like to be is fueling the decision. We'll see.

Count me as another who is imbibing tonight. A local double ipa and music at high volume is an excellent combination.

I'm not drinking or studying tonight. Reviewed the questions I got wrong on my PT. Leaving in less than two days for a week-long cruise to a few places, so I will be boozing heavily, esp since it's 50/day all you can drink.

ETA: Also consider me a member of the IPA enthusiasts if you all will have me.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
