I'm on a quest for apple cider and then dinner with my dad and my boyfriend's family. I also want to get caught up on TV shows.

Same here, it's a real pain in the ass. But lately I've just been forcing myself to write and it's helped. Yesterday, when trying to work on my personal, I finished with a great draft of my diversity statement, and completely changed many of the ideas of my personal. I think it's just good to get the ball rolling.schocolate wrote:I should probably do that too. I should definitely do that. They've been really helpful in at least giving me an idea of what a good statement sounds like, and may give you an idea of how you want your intro to be.schocolate wrote:I rationally recognize the validity of your last statement. I also have a hard time writing until I establish an intro that I really like, so I've gone through several different drafts trying to find something that seems right.
