I do the majority of my PTs at the library. At mine I'm technically not supposed to eat drink but I always bring snacks and have never had a problemJgoods wrote:think I'm doing a double on Sat... scarred... also don't know how I wanna do it, thinking about going to library but idk how well a break-snack will go cuz idk the rulesnlee10 wrote:I was going to PT on Saturday but change in plans....tomorrow it is.zacboro wrote:Excited to take tomorrow off and to PT on Saturday. I highly recommend multivitamins! It's pretty hard to get all your nutrients every single day. I also recommend fish oil especially if you lift for joint health.JackelJ wrote: and then pw after you get jacked tyia. I never got into multivitamins, do they help? I just try to eat healthy...which I haven't been doing

Just got done lifting as well. The best part of working out is the post workout meal. I enjoyed a double grass-fed burger on a lettuce bun with homemade ketchup, mustard and mayo with sweet potato fries on the side. Healthy body, healthy mind.JackelJ wrote:You guys were talking so much about working out and being healthy so I went to work out for the first time since November

Your food is amazing. Grass-fed beef is the best beef and turning burgers into lettuce wraps has become one of my favorite meals. Never made homemade ketchup tho. Usually just go for the pickles that are extra juicy for flavor. The Abyss wrote:Just got done lifting as well. The best part of working out is the post workout meal. I stay away from multivitamins and supplements. Our bodies are meant to absorb vitamins and nutrients via food, not a pill. The body does not respond the same to both, and some vitamins can be flat out bad to take. As far as protein supplements go, you have to do your research as many of the popular brands out there are loaded with heavy metals. Not exactly something I want to be putting in my body.
