MercW07 wrote:FuturehoosierJD it won’t let me quote you so this is the best I can do. That seriously sucks so much but I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. Maybe you bombed December and will now absolutely kill your retake? Idk but either way I’m definitely rooting for you! Keep us posted with what happens.
Thank you so much, MercW07! I would be lying if I said I didn't wonder the same thing - I am hoping this is some kind of fortuitous accident giving me a second shot, haha. I'll keep you posted!
It’s divine intervention my friend. I promise!
Your words of encouragement are appreciated! Seriously. I took a PT tonight and got a 166. Bleh. I was scoring 169 consistently before December but I’m chalking tonight up to being a bit rusty? Here’s. Freaking. Hoping.
When is the deadline for your decision on 1/6 or FEB? I would review tomorrow and drill and take another PT weds. It might take you a couple days to shake the rust off but at a 166 youre not far off. 166-169 when you were scoring 169 two weeks ago is prob just some conditioning and stamina.

Best of LucK! Definitely a shitty situation, but as Merc said everything happens for a reason. You got this!! We are all rooting for you
Thank you for your words of encouragement! I really appreciate it. I have until 5 pm tomorrow to decide if I am taking the February administration. I did some review last night and I plan on taking a PT tonight. I am a bit nervous about how quickly the makeup exam is approaching - I am traveling from the 22nd-30th, but I think if I keep reviewing each day and take at least one PT during that time, I should be set? Hopefully. LSAC almost ruined Christmas. I am hoping some good karma is coming my way

I might have missed if this was answered, but did they say if your makeup test would still be disclosed? If so, fingers crossed you're given the same December test ;-)

The makeup is nondisclosed :( I really am dreading the agony of trying to determine which section is the experimental. The wait for my score is going to be awwwwwful.

I choose to believe the interview request I got today is because they have my December score already and know I killed it, and no one will convince me otherwise.

Yeah, I'm a mix of happy and upset that I might actually have to sit down and have the financial considerations talk with myself if it goes well. Ah well, no need to worry about what has yet to pass.

Not H level but I got a random CRS fee waiver from W&M on Monday (which I used to apply yesterday) without an LSAT score on file (and my GPA is decidedly meh) so maybe you're on to something there.

Each day that goes by I keep getting crazier about how the whole thing went. I would honestly be breathing easier if I could get the 2nd digit of my score.

I havent been nervous about my score i.e. worried i did poorly because i felt like i did so well during it compared to my last 2 takes; However, I noticed I have been more stressed lately just to do the pressure in the nature of teh exam
