Thank you--watching it now! :D

Very interested in this. Great, now I might be having to shell out $65 bucks for this. I am going to wait until more reviews are out there so I can see if it is worth it... It does look pretty damn nice so far though.

She downloads a shit ton of conspiracy videos on martial law and other shit. Then she's like "since you're helping me, I'll help you. Get out of America, you don't need this place, depopulation is going to happen soon. This is real" and a whole bunch of other shit. Bitch freaked me out not because of the whole conspiracy stuff, because I know my fair share of conspiracys, but because she herself was just a creepy person. Apparently she is going to take her kids and flee the U.S. I left as soon as I could, she was weird af

Also, when she was downloading videos, she kept getting a flash player update and she was bugging out because she said that they were tracking her since she has bought that laptop moments before, just to go
To the Starbucks and use their wifi instead of going home to not get "tracked".

She asked me what I was studying for and I said the LSAT. She said to go take it out of the country if I could because there will be no more law schools soon or some shit. Lul
OMFG! Crazy people out there man, crazy people. I ran into a guy a few weeks back I was sharing a cab with who was more or less on the same conspiracy shit. Granted, he was on drugs/drunk, but yeah, people like that tend to be a little off their rocker. LOL

wow, that looks awesome. how much is it?
65 bucks
a lot, but just remember something like this will be easy to resell
Wow, I don't know if I can justify paying $65 for an LSAT watch. I guess I'll have to stick with my Men's Casio watch. Still though, that watch looks pretty sweet, so perfect, you don't have to worry about resetting to the 12 hand or anything. The only thing I would be concerned about is those last few seconds when you press/click the reset bob.

I think you can easily sell it for at LEAST $30 after using it. so I'd say you're really paying around $35. however, I think the real value comes in being able to take the maximum amount on each section. if you use a regular analog, you're gonna be doubtful of whether or not you're keeping up exactly with the proctor timing, since you had to manually set the second hand and it might not be perfectly on the 12.

Just did some random RC passage from 7sage's curriculum: 7/8

When you do the 7Sage RC sections/drills do you print them out, or just do it on your laptop? I'm wondering how to approach it? :D
I have the RC 1-38 from Cambridge so for the passages he does in the lessons I print out, do on my own, and then watch the videos. I don't do the same passages he has in the drills but what I do is pick between 16-20 passages to drill from each subset so (humanities, social sciences, legal, science) I usually print four each and once I have done a set of at least four from each group, then I assume that I have completed the drills. I'm doing the same for the LG lesson. I pick the chapters JY uses the games from (for Cambridge) and use those chapters to drill. For instance, I did the sequencing lesson, and in Cambridge the chapter mixes sequencing with sequencing-group-in/out (all with a sequencing overlay), so I'm not moving on until I finish drilling those two chapters!

Hope that helps!!

Nice! I also have the Cambridge Packets for 1-38 so that makes sense to do! Damn I miss the days when 7Sage would have had the bundles. Would have made stuff so much easier ... Thanks!

Yeah, no problem! As my sister always says, "sharing is caring" lol.

Think about it this way, with the bundles, you might not have had all the RC passages from 1-38 to drill with, this way you get your eyes on almost every RC passage out there. Come test day, you should be ready to go!!

I have to share this with you guys, because I am superpumped and outside of my mom, I don't think anyone else gets how exciting this is!

So, I registered for the LSAT REALLY late, I know really bad move, but I was aiming for December, changed my prep routine and made a clear goal for June which clearly did not happen. So, overall I did not want to register and continuously waste money (as I withdrew from my December test) until I knew and felt I would be ready for the test.

Anyhow, I registered two weeks ago and got a really bad testing site. This site was legit 80 miles away from where I live and had REALLY bad reviews. Well a test center in my area that has all good reviews and one eh review just opened up, so I changed my test center!!

I'm so so SO jazzed about this right now. I feel like screaming and jumping up and down but I think everyone here will think I'm crazy lol. Just wanted to share, and for all of you out there don't give up! Keep going and pushing and going.

It is likely I might end up also taking in December (really hoping September works out though) but I'm so so SO happy right now!!! :D :D :D

I print them out. RC is the one section that I absolutely NEED to practice on paper. Unlike LR and LG in which I can focus on them whether they're on the computer or printed out.

169. Gah.

RC: -6
LR: -2
LG: -6
LR: -2
Feeling a little better after BR'ing LG to -0, then watching 7sage explanations. JY introduces games 2 and 3 as both "really hard" games, so I'll take it. Plan for today: BR the rest of the test and LG practice.

I went -5 on this LG and I usually go -0, I thought it was pretty hard as well.

Morning/afternoon party people

Drop dog for bath -> food -> library till dog needs to be fetched -> library -> dinner

To relax, I'm really looking forward to the new HBO show Vice Principals... based on the trailers, it seems perfect for any Eastbound and Down fans.

What's up friends. Haven't posted much in here but figured I'd start. Took the LSAT in June (PT avg around 171) and got a 167. The month of June was "do fuck all/explore outer limits of socially-acceptable, sustained drinking levels" month and July was drill sections, practice question types, work through LSAT trainer, etc.

Then, yesterday happened. Took my first (virgin) practice test in two months under perfect test conditions. PT38: 178!!!! 8)

Section break down was -2RC, -1LG, -1LR. It felt...so...damn...good. Answers were obviously right and obviously wrong. I hit a state of flow in the RC section and even the hard LG game was "manageable". It feels so good right now to see that kind of jump after 8 months of studying (with that one month degeneracy break in the middle). Anyway, thanks for being my celebration outlet dudes/dudettes. Stay beautiful!

Alright cool I think I will do the same when I get to RC. Ugh so much god damn printing. I finally got done printing PTs 36-75, every Cambridge packet 1-38, and now I will print 1-35 so I have the drills to do printed out. My room is just mountains of paper and LSAT books. And I just moved last week so I don't have a desk yet. I need to buy one ASAP. Going with the Ikea suggestions I got all the way back in June :D

I can't focus at all. I'm going to go for a walk and stretch my legs for 15 minutes / get a double shot from the convenience store down the block from the library.

Just did PT40 RC and went -12. I didn't even do the shit timed.

Ugh I'm so sick of this shit, it's not making any sense. I do well on single timed passages but not untimed sections. About to not even go to law school if I can't even do a fucking reading section on a stupid fucking test

RC sucks. Don't let that get you down. :(
I dunno if you're looking for advice but - Are you looking to verify which answer's correct and why, and seeing where you're going wrong? In my experience, probably about 2/3rds of RC questions can be directly verified with the text. (in theory, 100%, but we all know that's not really the case.) I think I saw a decent jump in my RC scores when I started really cross-referencing with the text.

Hoping a few days off to get my mind together is gunna show as my last 2 PTs fell below my average.

Warm up time.
PT68: 171 (90)
RC: -6 - been working on bringing this up. Section that has needed the most work. Drill baby Drill
LR1: -1
LR2: -1
LG: -3 - Gunna have to review this, see if i misread something on the second game. Felt comfortable on the section but almost ran out of time because i stopped paying attention

Really happy to see my LR is back to where it was. My last 2 PTs it dropped off significantly and that was making me nervous as LR is my strongest section by far. Grind time

Yeah usually I try my best to go off a question by intuition but if I don't remember something then I refer back to the text. I do a thorough BR for each passage I do and everything. But idk why I just can't see improvement when I do a section. It's not even an endurance matter, I feel fine when I do full RC sections, it's just my "rc skill" is weak af and I'm just so fed up with it.

Been studying for 8 months and I still can't do decent on RC. lol idk man, this just seems to be where my RC will stay at, idk

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
