I've never made mac and cheese from scratch I only eat the store kind cuz I'm lazy af.

I can't remember the specific one, but it used Vermont cheddar, which is the best cheddar in the world. What I really love about that book though is once you have the basic ideas down you can sub in any cheese into the recipe. Its always approx. 2 cups of cheese per recipe.

TBH I was one of the people who didn't know that the Feb exam is undisclosed

now I feel like such a noob, and this was my second time taking a test

But why does it matter? Honestly, I'm happy with a good score without getting all neurotic about which ones I got wrong. At least I didn't go into the test freaking out

And it shouldn't be, should it? It's one of those things that just sounds so weird, but when you try it you find out it's great!

Exactly! I was with a coworker & she was like, "Eh, I think I'll pass. That just sounds odd..." but then I convinced her to try it with me & now we're both huge fans

What did you end up putting on it BTW? I've heard of people having it so many different ways. As I said before, I personally think onions 100% necessary, but not always sufficient.
