I know this is off-topic since everyone is discussing who the new OP should be, but FWIW, I called Cambridge LSAT and the guy I talked to made it seem like the company is somewhat confident that LSAC will provide some kind of exemption for them.

He said that LSAC's decision is not actually a broadly sweeping decision and will not be affecting all preptest vendors equally. He said that since Cambridge requires people to make an account before you can purchase any preptest materials, it sort of safeguards against the illegal PDF activity that LSAC is trying to avoid. He said there weren't any guarantees, though.

I'm still trying to decide whether I should to scoop up all the drilling materials Cambridge in case LSAC changes their mind. It's $$$ that I don't necessarily want to pay all at once. :(

Initial Thought: Well, his training will need to have something to do with creative research. If not, the Conclusion does not follow.

A. International renown and trainees coming from world over not needed. false.
B. All do not need to be. False.
C. If all that showed up were creative researchers prior, then the conclusion does not follow. True.
D. Conclusion lives without this uniqueness. False.
E. Conclusion lives without this general statement. False.
Sorry, this is 6.2.15

6.2.17:

Initial thought: The list is incorrect and does not cover everything.

A. Sort of applies (keep), given that the phys students can give other ways that are possibly 'equally basic'.
B. 'Possibly inaccurate': electricity, 'not exhaustive': phys students' suggestions. Bingo! True.
C. Use not being discussed at all! False.
D. 'Effective' is only part of the puzzle, limited to P1, and not there in P2. B still works better. Besides, P1 suggests 'effective' is part of 'basic'.
E. Outlandish. Not suggested at all! False.

B wins.

I was obviously joking when I said that. I don't actually believe that my opinions are irrefutable facts

About LSAC restricting PDF sales: That's idiotic. Even if you only sell paper copies, it's not even slightly difficult for someone to cut the binding off, put it in a scanner with a feeder, and make a PDF to upload. You can't stop piracy, so fighting it is a bad strategy. Instead you should try to undercut the pirates by offering fair prices and integrated products/services that enhance the primary product. (E.g., iTunes, Steam, etc.) Also I think all but the last couple PTs are on pirate sites already, so even if this policy worked it wouldn't change much for many years.

About new OP: I vote for Zac. Since Jackel showed her true colors, I think he's the only genuinely nice person ITT.

Zac isn't even consistently posting ITT. I guess, by default, that makes him nice?

I think most ITT are nice people. Including you OP <3 xoxoxoxo
