Refreshed the page at 4:30 and although I'm still green, a legend showing symbols (gray, green, a few others) quickly appeared and disappeared. First time I noticed that happen to me. It was the same icon legend that is already there if you click on it, I just never saw it flash for no reason like that.

It happened to me an hour ago. I think it's overloaded from so many refreshes
