not disappointed...

too many things I wanted to quote while reading so I'm just going to not....

I hate to think this but guyz I think Rz is troll/alt :/

BUT ANYWAY, I'm tired of arguing about it. This is worse than discussing politics or religion.
plus his referring to DF multiple times is a bit sketchy... idk, just saying....

its fun reading all of his posts and thinking how he is studying for the LSAT and saying these things... but it would be more fun if everyone arguing against him wasn't arguing to the wall. Like it would be much more entertaining if he responded with like real responses other than "umm no guyz I'm smart and PRETTY SURE I could do this or that" it kinda saps the entertainment a bit.

Plus people, no need to get mad, I mean I can't imagine if this is real lyfe that Law School will be a walk in the park for him (read: he gun fail) so take it easy on the poor kid... I mean he's about to spend 300k on nothing, its depressing stuff.... Now I'm sure ill get a response like hey man, personal attack not cool (Only I can do that!) or no fact! I won't be paying 300k, I think ill do pretty good at Law School and have a good chance at a good job.... but already anticipated and pushed to the side so eh w.e

oh and Chobo.... don't leave us :/

Test 29, S4, Q12, How in the hell is A right, makes no sense, im ready to fight someone over this.

In essence, drivers with points and convicted offense should be sentenced to jail or reeducation. Reeducation should only be offered if the driver is likely to be made more responsible. It is always almost impossible to make these drivers more responsible.

Answer A should be wrong because it is only could be true. Always almost does not deprive the option of reeducation, so you cannot label all the drivers as done in answer A for a MBT.

This is an inference question. Meaning it won't be perfect, but will be the most supported. (Is not a Must Be True necessarily)

[Drivers with high demerits and conviction should be jailed or re-educated] - Statement
Drivers should be re-educated ---> Likely made more responsible
CAVEAT:
Almost always impossible to make them more responsible, therefore almost always not going to suggest re-education.

Wrong answers:
B - Out of scope. Whether or not it offers the best chance is irrelevant to whether they should or should not be jailed or re-educated.
C - Out of scope. Degree of harshness is never mentioned in the stim, just that it's unlikely re-education makes them more responsible.
D - Out of scope. Not concerned with people who have no demerits.
E - Out of scope. Not concerned with people who have not been convicted

Correct answer:
A - Yeah this does it. You can infer that this is supported bc if it is almost always impossible to be made more responsible for these people, then the other option is jail. So they should be sent to jail.

ETA: A is the answer not because it is great, but because the other ones are worse.

So whats the deal with this news that LSAC has banned the sale of LSAT preptests?

Does anyone know how that will affect Cambridge LSAT's sale of questions organized by type?

Smalls I don't understand why you think I'd fail, except maybe general social ineptitude, but IRL I tend to censor myself much more and from what I hear that's not exactly a disqualification anyway.

They've named the PDFs, I guess because one person could but then and print multiple for others. LSAC has said unless you can provide a way to stop that (basically impossible) sales will be prohibited. I'm assuming Cambridge packets will be affected in the same way.
until everyone with PDFs going and throws it on torrent sites and everyone downloads them and stops buying #LSACisnotsmart but yeah Cambridge will end up being in print packets mainly I would assume, should make them come apart easily so people can scan/copy them

That must have been a painful email for the owners of Cambridge LSAT to read.

The PDFs are what? 90%+ of their revenue?

probably but they have everything in PDF also in print so I think they'll be alright... I mean it will be rough on them for a bit but its still great stuff so people will buy and eventually it will be common stuff to buy a packet and scan it into your computer

Most people have amazon prime anyways. So everyone will just order on amazon and get it the second day anyways. All PT torrents are going to be hard to take down. infact, i can see this increasing traffic to torrent sites because while people wait for their delivery, they can search torrents and then let their buddies know of it.
