Not even close my friend, my bench max is 325, but I don't have recent maxes because of my back. My squat was in the 4's, dreads are pretty close to 350 No idea what my OHP would be. Hopefully I'm cleared to lift again in February.

Last time I maxed I got 325 up 4 times. That was in October. The last time I've been allowed to lift.
