I love how you're trying to keep this thread on track.Dirigo wrote:Okay for those of you who took all of December off, how and when are you getting back into prep?
I am stressing myself the FACK out with how imperfect my LG is. That's how. So, drilling those on the daily. So far only reviewing LR lightly and RC not at all. PTed this past weekend and plan to PT at least twice a weekend from here forward.
After LG is all set, I'll drill LR, and RC is last priority.
Also lots of yoga.

Also, spending as much time egregiously and inappropriately studying at my desk at work.

De-stress. Peppermint tea, by the way, is very calming for the stomach and is supposed to boost cognitive function as well.peppermint wrote:You had me at yogasfoglia wrote:Also lots of yoga.

Is there a compilation of old lsats somewhere? I've bought many and really just don't wanna order any and have to wait on them if they're free online somewhere.

There aren't any free ones online. You can download PDF versions from LSAT Prep Company websites like Cambridge for like $8 eachRaiderRed wrote:Is there a compilation of old lsats somewhere? Even though I have most questions for drilling, I'm going to buy the Cambridge packets since they are organized so nicely. Did you guys just buy the normal bundle or their "endurance" bundles with 5 or 6 section PTs?

Re: The Official February 2015 Study Group
Aaaand officially checking in. Just registered for February retake. Going to start tomorrow by taking the LG from my December take under timed conditions and then reviewing all the LR and RC I got wrong, then drilling. Starting PTs on Friday. As far as material I haven't seen, I have the PTs in the 40s and PTs 1-19, with a couple of PTs in the 30s- everything else I've seen at least once.
I'm thinking I'll PT at least three times a week, with two of the PTs in the 40s for material I haven't seen and one PT from the 70s for material that I have but is closer to the LSAT now. Planning on drilling on days I don't PT. For drilling, I'm going to get the Cambridge packets- didn't use them on my first take. Thoughts on this game plan?
Other things I plan on doing differently this time:
-registered at an LSAT center that doesn't have the World's Tiniest Desks tm. I think I dropped my pencils at least once per section.
-Going to do all my studying at the public library. I looked at my PTs from December and lol all the ones where I was scoring on the lower end of my range (167-169, where I ended up on test day) were at the library, and all the ones where I was scoring at the higher end of my range (170-175, where I am going to end up on test day this time) were at home. Apparently I'm that kind of basket case.
-Actually blind reviewing. I either didn't BR or half assed it the first time. I'm also going to be better about drilling and redrilling LG- I did it the last week or so of studying for December and it helped a lot.
God I'm already so nervous. I can't wait to be done with this test.

With those numbers, I'd be ecstatic to be in that 170 range.gamerish wrote:Just another reason I need a 175.
