I'm so addicted to teas especially herbal and green. If you have a teavana near you, hit them up!! They have the best teas ever and always have samples of their teas hot and cold! I just bought this blushberry/blackberry/strawberry black tea (I don't remember the brand) that I can't wait to try!!jagerbom79 wrote:Haha last few weeks Ive been on the tea game..Gotta say its a nice switch up and ive been hooked. Anything other than black tea with milk and sugar is blasphemy for this half Brit.

Yeah tea's excellent and probably much better for you than coffee. I need to try to make that transition one of these days.jagerbom79 wrote:Haha last few weeks Ive been on the tea game..Gotta say its a nice switch up and ive been hooked. Yeah one day, I was like Im just craving an ice tea so I tried one at Starbucks and it turned into a natural transition. I love it. Always like tea, but I would just get hot tea every once in a while, and drink coffee 90% of the time.Alexandros wrote:Yeah tea's excellent and probably much better for you than coffee. After making several trips to the UK and SA, I can attest to this. I don't really go for anything else.oopsu812 wrote:Anything other than black tea with milk and sugar is blasphemy for this half Brit.

Oo I havent been to Teavana, but I just get the black teavana tea at Star$. Do those flavors have extra calories? I just drink my ice tea straight with a little steviangogirl12 wrote:I'm so addicted to teas especially herbal and green. If you have a teavana near you, hit them up!! Omg teavana is literally the best thing ever. No, I don't think they have extra calories bc there is no sugar in them-it's made of all natural ingredients. The only thing is you might have to buy the tea bags separately since it's not commercialized tea. Everytime I'm at the mall I go there and get a hot and cold tea sample. They usually have 6-8 samples for both cold and hot teas lol. Also, David teas is great too and they also offer samples, but I love teavana the most!jagerbom79 wrote:Oo I havent been to Teavana, but I just get the black teavana tea at Star$. I love the green tea lemonade at Starbucks and I got them to make me the mango black tea drink with green tea instead, it was so so SO good. Also, if you need a caffeine fix in the a.m. but don't want too much, try the youthberry, it's really good!

Actually, yes. I've gotten used to it but I wake up at ~630 every morning and go to bed at ~1130-1200am. If I take it late on the weekend, I'm up until 3am tho.Alexandros wrote:Can you sleep at night if you have this C4 stuff in the late afternoon/evening?dj9i27 wrote: call in
