My success or failure doesn't hinge on the "chance" I'll get certain question types. My in/action to study for those questions is what decides my success/failure. I started with a diagnostic of 160, and now average 174 - am I getting luckier?

I said about 25% of it was luck, which means you can infer I believe that most of it is skill.

If you want to be a lawyer, I suggest you brush up on your RC.
