Poster knows that... they are saying people thought mulch was hard.. but that mulch was nothing compared to the games from Dec 10akili wrote:Mulch is from June.Rawlberto wrote:The October games were a joke. My bad, I thought when he said compensate he/she meant LSAC were compensating for October games being a joke (and mulch being one of them)BlueDiamond wrote:Poster knows that... they are saying people thought mulch was hard.. but that mulch was nothing compared to the games from Dec 10akili wrote:Mulch is from June.Rawlberto wrote:The October games were a joke. Well, when I first finished it, I spent the first five minutes of the writing sample staring at my desk. I had rocked the other sections, and I was utterly confused as to how the LG was so shitty.
Then I thought of the different Dante-esque torments that await the LSAC employees in hell.
And then, I felt pretty good when I realized that everyone thought LG sucked.
But I learned that the LR that I had bombed thinking it was the experimental was real.
And that sucked.
Please I hope the first LR is the experimental

Let me put it to you this way what the December LG section made me want to do. If LSAC was an annoying dog and I was a ninja cat:

Disclaimer: I didn't take December 2010. I'm taking the LSAT for the first time in February (and my GOD have these post-LSAT threads terrified me), but I feel like the following link is appropriate:

It made me say "there's always the GMATs."
Side note, I dominated my first LG section, which I found out later was the one that is not scored.

I'm serious though. I thought it was the real one since it was just as difficult as all the practices I've taken.

As did I, in which immediatly flipping to Section 4 after break I just merely looked at Game 1 and said FFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.chopper wrote:It made me say "there's always the GMATs."

Nonetheless, I completed it, got to stain glass windows, literally said "something is wrong here", flipped to the last game, did it in like 5 minutes, and then attempted Game 3 while trying to figure out damn stained glass windows.
Then I cried like OP during writing. I must say I found the writing section kind of funny despite sadness.

RC-LR-LG-LG-LR... Crushed the first set of logic games. Came back from the break to open section 4 to see more. Secton 4 I Completed two games accurately, the third game which was the stained glass game and the last which was an fairly easy sequencing game. Kind of uncertain about the first two games as I was in shock from having another section og LG
. Considering what past test takers have indicated section3 is expiremental and that blows being that I completed all 4 games. Sucks to have one section screw you

my LG score is going to come down to in large amount semi educated guesses on Stained Glass/Conferences. I feel i was able to fire off some decent guesses on 4 or so questions, using a combination of the rules/shying away from AC's that seemed not to be possible to be correct.

I wrote 750-1000 words about why the Wangs would best be served by driving their child out into the woods, and leaving him/her there, armed only with a one-gallon Ziploc bag filled with approved supplies, an analog wrist watch, and a snack, to survive in the wilderness and fight off bears.
a) Accommodating to the Wangs' work schedule? Check.
b) Providing the Wangs' child with a variety of experiences not found in the traditional school setting? Check.
c) Approximating for the Wangs' child how I felt taking the December '10 LSAT logic games section? Check.

I didn't manage anything quite like that as a response, but since they didn't specify if the kid was a boy or girl, instead of referring to the child as Mr./Mrs. Wang's son or daughter, I just referred to it as "the little Wang." Must've written "because this would be most beneficial for the little Wang" half a dozen times.
I really needed something to smile about after getting blindsided by a second, and rather painful section of logic games after the break.

I was so bummed after LG, I got tripped up in the writing sample on when to use Wangs' and when to use Wangs. I hope law schools don't check it for grammar.

Auto-admit Yale for creativity and humor....it takes big balls to write about a little Wang on the LSAT...
