Anyway, there's no way you'd be able to prove it was sexual harassment. At best, the LSAC will let you cancel the test and they'll remove it from your record so the LS's won't see AND they'll let you take it free of charge in Dec.
I thought that was just common sense rule #1: Don't hit on a girl while she's taking the LSAT. It's like knowing to look both ways before you cross the street.
