I'm gonna get so fat with all this anxiety baking.
But I also try to balance it with marathon training...which will start in like 6 months haha
It's good to have some sort of exercise going on. I seriously don't know what I would de-stress if it weren't for lifting.

I'm gonna have to still kick it up in here, at least for motivation, and entertainment, and pictures of carbs and what not

Running (at a race pace ) around 10 miles and then studying has been a go-to for me. The runner's high helps me study. Barbell lifts and the attention to detail required to do them properly also helps. Sharpens the mind a bit methinks.

It's going well! If I can consistently stay at this score, I'll take Feb. If it's a fluke, I'll end up postponing. Ugh, I don't wanna have to study for another 6 months

Heavy lifting or even intense cardio burns out my CNS. I've found a solid 20 mins of stretching works wonders though for relaxing and prepping for PTs.

Hmm. I did both (lifting and cardio) ~2 hours before my exam in December but wasn't paying attention to my CNS. I didn't normally do this but wanted to do something for nerves/get myself in the zone. But hmmmm may have to monitor that...PeanutsNJam wrote:Heavy lifting or even intense cardio burns out my CNS. Sidenote: if you do 20 mins of stretching consider yoga, that shit is magical
To be slightly on-topic, once I get these applications in I may do some drilling and take a PT. If it goes well then make that two PTs to make sure it isn't a fluke lol, but yeah I just might see what's up with a February retake after all.
If I could even add 5+ points to my December score I'd really like my chances at being able to come back in the fall and say I'm at one of my target schools (and not visiting GT!), but I can't screw up because this is going to be my second take so I know I need to use it carefully.
If I'm not scoring at my target in time for late registration (Kanyeeeee), then alas I'll have to make the LSAT my b*tch in June/Oct/whenever I am scoring at/above my target score.

I was a dancer throughout high school and for some of college, so while some of the stretches mimic yoga poses, it's just deep stretching. I have resistance bands looped around furniture that I yank on.jw316 wrote:Hmm. Re: The Official February 2015 Study Group
Anyone know if schools automatically see a new registration when you apply and hold your application? Tomorrow's deadline day for registering for February, but I don't think I'll have all of my apps ready to go before 5pm est and I only want two schools to hold my application for a new score. I know schools can see your registrations just from all the vaguely passive-aggressive "good luck on the December LSAT!!!!!" emails from TTTs, but IDK what schools do about that when you apply.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
