Try a nice Belgian beer. It won't disappoint

I got one from Colorado that says "Hope Freaks Unite!" on the label. It's only 6.5% though :(

In other news, I am having a rooftop barbecue, with falafel and margaritas. Bushwick is like a sea of grills on Sunday in the summer.

I actually stopped at an Auntie Anne's for a pretzel today, partially because of the pretzel circle jerking that went on in the OG June thread. Got the cinnamon sugar one and was frankly a little horrified at just how much sugar was on that motherfucker. It's basically a lump of sugar with some dough under it. Sorry for no pic : (

I won't post a picture of the view from my wrap-around porch or backyard... don't want to be a douche (although, I may have already accomplished that with the previous sentence)

So... I got out of the house. Had some ice cream. Played a Constitution Quest game twice (really more like four considering the additional rounds), and got a brain freeze. Still obsessing about my score release. Fudge.

I just watched Somm on Netflix, and it's about the master wine tasters taking their test. It's actually nice to watch a few days before we get scores. I would recommend it.

Can we pretend it's a few hours instead of a few days??

Somm is a great documentary. Even for those that don't like wine, it's worth a watch.

As will I, and my boss will just have to be notified in advance for this minor inconvenience.

This. I was out Friday and Saturday night. Fell asleep on the train last night and luckily woke up only 1 stop farther than I needed to go at like 5AM. I was looking forward to sleeping all day today and wound up only sleeping for like 5 hours. Been in recovery mode all day and it feels like it has been the longest day of my life.
