seconded. February is definitely the most brutal month here. It regularly gets down to -22F.
Hey if we start counting windchill then I retract my 10 degrees F from before
yeah the -22 was not including windchill.
Do you live in/at the North Pole? If yes, I knew that santa hat looked suspiciously real

So for those of you who are retaking in June instead of February, what made you decide to wait until June? Or I guess for those not waiting, what made you decide to not wait and take in February? I'm around the upper 160's now and I'm not sure if I should drop everything and study for the next month (hopefully hit 170) or if I should just suck it up and postpone (and hopefully get 173+). Curious as to pros/cons you guys came up with. (99th percentilers are also welcome to answer)

or you drop everything and if ur not ready last minute postpone but plan for Feb so you push yourself to get the improvement you can make!

TCR.

Do everything you can do get yourself ready for Feb. If you're not averaging ~3-5 points above your retake threshold, postpone.

February is a little late for some to gain admission this cycle. Its okay to use it for $$$, but as for gaining admission its a bit late. So, if you're banking on an LSAT gaining admission to a reach school, its probably smarter to defer, get a year of WE, and try next cycle.

I'm using my 3rd take just for more $$$, but I could probably go without taking it again. Even if I get one or 2 more points I'll save thousands, so its worth it to me. But if you're in doubt, definitely wait until June. Infact, take a whole month off and relax. Ramp it up after Valentine's Day. If you're hitting upper 160's right now you can basically cement a 170s score in June with good work ethic

I'm taking in June because I am not a morning person. And I like not having a life.

I'm 98.6 percentile so not quite 99, but IMO if you can gain 3 points by postponing till June, definitely do that.

So f'in beta.

xoxo 94th percentiler
I'd retake if I had a higher GPA so I don't have to live as a second class citizen on TLS but since my GPA is so low it's not even worth it.

Although if I get shit offers this cycle idk I might retake anyway, and study harder this last time around. What's the least amount of money I should take from wustl? I'm still waiting on all the other schools >.>. Haven't even been waitlisted anywhere.

It's really not that hard, just take 8 section PTs while drilling shak.
