Hahaha, well the interests are in line. This one is different though, what with his interest in 'shoegaze' and mosh pitting. Seems it'd be easy to peg his type - the tall, stickthin hipster brunette. I simply don't fit the mode.cerealdan wrote:Well, between your handle and your avatar it looks like you're on the right track.she&him wrote:In other news - totally random. Wax poetic on obscure underground indie bands?she&him wrote:I've gotten to the point where I think I'm going to study for a week and take the GMAT just to take my mind off of this.

Edit: Or better, become part of an underground band that plays at his favorite places.

Tell him you were super excited about the new remaster of Ride's seminal classic, Nowhere, and ask what he thinks about the Ringo Deathstarr full-length.

I bet the scores will come out way earlier than the official date of March 4th, Yale set the deadline as March 1st to include Feb scores. Expect a Monday release and good luck everyone! Hope you all get what you want

Since the official date is the 7th to begin with...
But I'm hoping they come out that soon anyway!

I doubt we'll see a Monday release. That seems so early. Maybe the Yale app means that if you have the rest of your stuff in by March 1st, they'll take accept Feb score when it comes?

some schools dont look at feb scores. they view them as the first test for the next cycle. Others will take them, but hte rest of the application( and all materials) must be submitted by march 1st. Double check with the schools to see, but i think most are allright with february lsat scores.

I took Dec 10 as a preptest, I thought Feb had a similar LR, slightly harder RC and significantly easier LG. Not that anyone's opinion on this is worth much of anything, but there you go.justadude55 wrote:How's this one compare to the December for retakers? Also, Yale's always accepted Feb LSAT scores, even when their deadline has been Feb 15th. You just have to submit your application on LSAC by then.
Anyone here considering a hail mary Yale app?

Re: The Official February 2011 Waiting Thread
This is wrong people don't get excited, the application deadlines have nothing to do with your LSAT score, just the submission of your application. Schools can retrieve your LSAT info from LSAC anytime they wish. Unless there is some huge departure from the last 10 years of Feb administrations scores will come no earlier than Friday. But I also hope everyone gets what they want:)Nulli Secundus wrote:I bet the scores will come out way earlier than the official date of March 4th, Yale set the deadline as March 1st to include Feb scores. I'm the exact opposite I have a pretty good grip on what I'm getting. I'm almost 50% sure I scored between 155 and 175.applepiecrust wrote:I have no idea whatsoever. I'm 100% sure I scored between 120 and 180.

Re: The Official February 2011 Waiting Thread
If nothing else, the wait is much more easy to deal with this time around(I know others will disagree)..The whole having to contend with the forced string of holidays thing, made me prematurely age, die, exhume my own corpse with a rusty spork, disintegrate and blow away like dandelion spores, reincarnate as a demonic lemur, die again, only to have my casket left far enough open, to see the stained glass on the church windows!!!(Those of you who took the December test will relate)justadude55 wrote:How's this one compare to the December for retakers? I have the opposite sort of problem. I know I did great on the games, probably -0. Every other section, though, is just a giant question mark. I didn't have to just guess on any, but I had many of them down to 2 or 3 and had to choose from those. I feel like I had reasons for choosing as I did, but I could have easily gotten a bunch of them wrong. Or, maybe I got them all right! This is the conversation I have with myself every half hour.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
